Holly's UDA AllAmerican London Trip

Hi guys! I have been a Tigerpaw on the Joliet West dance team for almost 4 years now. (I am the 3rd one in from the left without a hat on). We recently went to a UDA (Universal Dance Association) camp at Wheaton College. My team, as well as other high school dance teams, spent 4 days learning routines, perfecting technique, and playing team bonding games. On the last 2 days, the dancers perform their routines and earn ribbons. UDA also has an All-American tryout where you learn another routine and improv at the end. If you are selected, you get the opportunity to travel to London for 8 days to sightsee and perform in the New Years Day parade! I, as well as 3 other of my teammates, were selected to be All-American dancers! This is the opportunity of a lifetime that I do not want to pass up! Not only will I continue to grow as a dancer but I will be able to connect with other girls from around the country that share the same passion as I do! However, this is a rather expensive trip and I need all the help I can get! I do have a part-time job and I am saving every penny but I am still low on funds. The cost involves airfare/transportation in London, hotel, food, and a uniform, etc.  It is an honor to be named a UDA All-American! I want to make my family, team, and school proud of me by participating in this amazing program! PLEASE SHARE AND HELP ME OUT! Every little bit counts and matters!
