Hollywood goes to College

Hey everyone! My name is Rodescu Hopkins II. I'm currently a freshman at Los Angeles Film School.  I'm pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Digital Filmmaking. 

I have been filming my friends for the years. I knew that if I want to get the wheels turning for myself I'll need a proper education. I've applied before to school and I always ran into major roadblocks that delayed my dream. Now I'm back at this position trying to push through.

I've done everything right to get myself in the right position to go to school. I have my credit score up, barely any debt, but with COVID-19 happening. My day job income has been reduced dramatically. 

I'm doing what I can on my end to help raise money for my education. I'm doing comedy shows, photographing portraits of people, and selling t-shirts.

My first year in school is the most expensive due to the tech pack. I have more than half of the tuition covered but the remaining 8,298 is the hurdle I'm still trying to leap over. 

I'm looking to take out a loan with Sallie Mae, but we all know how that goes. I'm gonna do everything in my power to keep this going. I appreciate you taking the time to read my story. Even if you can't donate a share would be very much appreciated. Thank you
