Holmberg's Hero's

Hey everyone my name is Giuseppe and I'm Bill Holmberg's son. Dad went to the hospital about 2 months ago for what he thought was a case of Gull Stones in his Gull bladder. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.  While it's in a stage that is treatable, he will still need a few months of chemotherapy, and eventually 6 months down the road he's going to need surgery to completely remove it.  

Dad has touched the lives of many throughout the years, and has influenced countless players and people in baseball communities around the world. Helping them develop, grow, and reach their true potential, from South Africa to Europe, and all the way to Asia. Dad never thought of being a baseball Coach as being his "job." It has always been his passion, and he has been a dedicated student of the game, refining his craft day after day. Always giving everything he has to the sport and the people he loves. Sometimes without realizing the true impact he has had on the game, and the people around him. 

The objective of this fundraiser is to assist with the expenses and bills for the next few months, since he's been furloughed by MLB since May due to Covid-19, and because of the Cancer he won't be able to return to work for some time.

This is a fight he cant win on his own. He needs our help! It is not something he is comfortable asking, but I refuse to allow him to do this on his own knowing he needs to concentrate on himself. So if you don't know or are wondering how you could help him, this is a way. It was a hard fight for him to allow me to ask for this help.  He needs it now more than ever.
