One of our ABG family members is in need of our help. Our amazing Talent Acquisition Specialist, Santanya Nelson, traveled 3,000 miles away from her home in New Jersey to assist the NorthWest with their staffing crisis.
During her time here, her 25 week pregnant daughter came to visit and ran into serious complications resulting in the premature birth of her beautiful daughter, Jayla Danielle. At only 1lb 4oz, Jayla has been fighting like a champ for her life with the tremendous strength of her 1st time mother, Satara and her 1st time grandmother, Santanya.
On the opposite end of the country, Santanya's daughter and granddaughter have a long road ahead, forced to stay in California for months while little miss Jayla fights her medical struggles and grows bigger and stronger.
As we all know, staying in the bay area comes with a high price tag and so many unexpected costs both living costs and medical costs.
Please give generously to help this beautiful family, our ABG family, get through this most challenging time.
