Goal: House Demolition, Driveway Repairs and Property Restoration.

What Happened: On September, 27, Hurricane Helene dropped 20" of rain on Boone NC, in Western North Carolina. A large tree root slid down the mountain behind the house and slammed into the back corner, twisting it 15°, and pushing it off the foundation about 30'. It is sliding down the hill. The Insurance Company denied our claim, (No Landslide Insurance), then canceled our Policy, leaving us with nothing!

Who Are We: Retired Homeowners, Meta Gatschenberger, RN (62) and Scott Richardson (66). This was our Full Time Home.
