Our Home Is Flooded With Other People's Excrement!

Please help!

 

I don't even know where to begin! This really is a last resort for me as I have been battling with London Borough of Hammersmith Council on and off for the past 10yrs in relation to  inadequate plumbing  and drainage system in our building  resulting in constant leaks, floods, water damage and damp, with NO help to date from them to either solve the ongoing problem or repair damages done to our home as a result and I honestly am at a loss of what to do.

 

Last night we reached an all time low and myself and my son have been up all night in attempt to stem the continuous flow of human waste into our flat due to blocked drainage and a burst pipe in our toilet. The entire property is now flooded in other people's urine, feces and used sanitary products. I called the council at 7pm Weds and at 12.25pm Tues no one has come to help.

The council as yet have not responded leaving us no choice to abandon our hhomeand belongings and seek refuge whilst I seek to take legal action against LBHF.

 

We need support during this time to help sustain us in temporary accommodation, cover lost earnings and to begin works to the property in an attempt to gut and sanitise it so that I can return with my son and family pets and aswell as seek legal action against our local council in a bid to solve this issue permanently.

 

Any support is greatly appreciated by us and I regret having to reach out in this way, but I simply have no options and completely exhausted mentally and emotionally by the constant battle to be hears and helped by LBHF. 
I have no home insurance and this is LBHF argument as to why they will not compensate us or repaired the damage done.
