Home Going For Trent Jacob

On Monday March 29th  we lost an amazing young soul due to gun violence.  Trent was a good man very well known through out the neighborhood  he started his own football league to keep kids out of the streets an to provide them with something positive to look forward too.  At this time we are just asking for everyone to come together as a community an help us give Trent the proper funeral that he deserves. He was a beautiful soul taken way to soon from us.
