Home going service for Peggy Turner

Our beautiful, proud and outspoken Momma died unexpectedly just two days ago. We are asking our Community to help us with the Home going Services. While we are still shocked and saddened by this, it is even more devastating to find out she did not have life insurance or a will. Now we must make the final decisions for her.

Our mother was never rich but she was an entrepreneur. She was the neighborhood “ Candy Lady”, she hauled scrap metal and she cleaned a local daycare in the evenings throughout the Pandemic.

Even in less than perfect health, she would find away to make ends meet. Now we have to continue.

We are asking, that you help us give our Momma the Home going Service and burial that she deserves. We are encouraging you to have the uncomfortable conversations about life insurance and the final will and testament of the ones you love. We are asking that we share passwords, bank account info, etc. We are asking to not let this keep happening in our Community so we can preserve the dignity of our loved ones when they leave us.
