Home Improvement on Dysfunctional Historic Home

The house I currently live in is falling apart around me. The electrical and plumbing needs updating (as you can see from the image). Right now I can only shower once a week, flush maybe twice a day (as if on septic), and have a bucket under the kitchen sink to do dishes. I hope with this fund to fix my little bit of plumbing (one bathroom and a kitchen sink). The entire waste and incoming lines were never updated by the previous owner. I am in dire need as I cannot take out more loans to fix the property. I am keeping up with them but i have 3 loans for repairs already. Borrowed what I can from friends and family. I just need this bit to use my plumbing again. 

Any help is greatly appreciated. May even paint art pieces for larger donors as a thanks. Everyone will get a thank you of some kind for sure!
