Bring Our Military Veteran HOME AT LAST!

Please help me bring our Military Veteran HOME AT LAST. I am sure you agree that if any segment of our population deserves to own their own home, it would be those who have sacrificed themselves for the freedom and benefit of others.

 

Specifically, we have a military Veteran, Shao, who lost his soon-to-be home to an ungrateful seller who is currently keeping Shao's $100,000 down payment. Shao needed an extension on the contract to complete the necessary steps to secure his loan. In New York, you have a 30 day grace period, whereas you can extend the contract past 30 days post original closing date.

 

Unfortunately, the seller did not accept this extension and kept Shao's $100,000 down payment. Furthermore, the seller has not relisted the property and still lives there today. Shao has hired an attorney to fight to receive his money back. The attorney fees may wipe out his winnings. We believe that NO seller should ever keep a Veteran's money - especially if the money is all the Veteran has.

 

Shao needs a home, and his $100,000 was the key to that. So please donate what you can to get our Veteran HOME AT LAST.

 

HOME AT LAST was found after witnessing our Thin Line families work endlessly to provide us with the freedom and opportunities we have as a nation. We need to ease their minds and focus on the fight while we step up and support them and their families.
