Homeless single mother trying!! Please help

Hello,

my name is Carrie. I'm a single mom of a teenage girl, 2 years ago, my daughter was sexually assaulted in our home by someone we knew and trusted, So in order to have her around a better support system I moved With Her to be around family. We ended up moving in with my Older brother And at the time it seemed like a good idea. After living with him for just over a year, it came to light that not only was he was an alcoholic, but he did Not like children. So my daughter and I would go to extremes to stay out of the house unless he was sleeping one night a few weeks ago. The yelling and the name calling and the drama became too much. I feared that it was impacting my daughter's mental health after everything she had already been through.

So I packed up all of our things and Moved them to a friend's house and was expecting to go to a shelter. But unfortunately the shelter's here in Florida are not that easily accessible. I was told that it could be anywhere from a few weeks to 6 months before they found me somewhere. I'm grateful that the friend's house that we have are keeping Our things has been willing to give us her couch for a short time. Because as soon as we got down here. My vehicle started overheating every few minutes. I've tried everything. I can to fix it. But I run out of funds to continue fixing it so now. My only option is to possibly sell my vehicle. Which would leave me an hour away from my job that I've gone on leave from and My daughter's school which she has not fully attended in weeks. Just so that we could have a safe roof over our heads. I would do it a million times over because it took my daughter out of a toxic environment.But now we're struggling and the only thing I can think of is to reach out for help which I don't do very often.I'm hoping to raise this money So I can either get my current car fixed or put the money down on a new one. Please help if you can, every penny is appreciated!!!
