Help Fund an HCU1 for HomematicIP-Rest-API Development

Hello,

I am the developer of the python project "homematicip-rest-api". I work on this project for fun in my spare time and to give back to the open source community.

As you may know, eQ-3 has released the new HomematicIP HCU1 Access Point, which introduces many new features such as plugin support, migration from the old access point to the HCU1, and more.

Currently, I am unable to test anything related to the HCU1 and rely entirely on user feedback. Having my own HCU1 would make development much easier and improve the stability of the library and its integration with Home Assistant.

To make this possible, I decided to start a GoFundMe campaign. If I reach my goal of €300, I will purchase an HCU1 to ensure better testing and long-term support for the project.
