Support for our friend Homer Parker

Hi, my name is Jim Camp and I am one of the support managers on the x360 Recover team. A few months ago, our friend and colleague, Homer, was hit was some devastating news. His wife of 8 years, Candy, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Needless to say the news was gut wrenching and after meeting with several doctors, they agreed to begin aggressive chemotherapy treatments. Unfortunately the aggressive treatments took their toll on Candy's health and she was hospitalized and had to go through bouts of physical therapy to help build her strength back up. If that wasn't bad enough, they received news from the oncologist that her cancer was growing more rapidly than originally thought and that further rounds of chemo would most likely prove to be futile. Homer and Candy both then decided to focus quality of life for her remaining time. Candy was moved to hospice care and unfortunately on the following morning after moving to hospice care, she passed peacefully in her sleep.

I am starting this GoFundMe in collaboration with my colleagues for Homer as we are all remote co-workers and wanted to find a way to come together and support our friend though his heartbreaking loss and the troubling time ahead.
