Honor Ana's Memory: Support Her Funeral

Iglesia Biblica Calvario (Calvary Bible Church-Pastor Arturo Solorzano) is a small, close-knit faith community. We recently were shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of one of our longtime members, Anita “Ana” E. Marroquin Garcia. Ana and her surviving sister Gladys Bennett are well-known and loved for years. We are sponsoring this site to provide much-needed assistance for the grieving family. All donations will go directly to Gladys for funeral and final expenses. Here is Gladys’ statement:

“For those of you who knew her, you know my sister Ana was a very sweet lady, always positive with a smile, and loved to give everyone hugs. She always loved saying, “God is good” and “God bless you” to anyone and everyone. On August 2 my dear sister Ana passed, completely unexpectedly. She was only 72 and in good health. I miss her so much.

I am asking for your financial help with donations since funeral expenses are extremely steep. We want to give Ana the proper service she would’ve wanted. The amount of funds raised will determine what we can afford for her service, funeral and final expenses. We are a small family of four, with only three employed (two young adult granddaughters and my son). For transparency we’re listing below the anticipated expenses. I very much want Ana to be placed next to our mother.
