Honor and Celebrate David Spencer's Legacy and Life

The Holter Museum of Art is collecting donations to help pay for David Spencer's end of life affairs, like cremation, Celebration of Life costs, legal and property fees, and most importantly taking care of his book collection. All funds raised through this site will be set aside and after everything is settled, if there are funds left over, we hope to put together a community project to honor David and his incredible legacy here in Helena and on this planet.

David Spencer was a book devourer and lover, a wandering spirit, and a friend to so many. He passed away after an illness sometime in the wee hours of Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Those who loved him know that the bright fireball flash that was witnessed by many that morning feel that this was David's last hurrah- catapulting him into his new celestial home. His celebration of life will be held on December 20th, 2024 at the Holter Museum of Art in Helena, MT. Time and details are pending but we will make sure that we update the community and public when we have more information.
