Honor Bruce Tapscott Jr: Memorial Fund

I am raising funds for the expense of my brothers momeriol Bruce Tapscott jr He was taken from us much to soon He was a great man a wonderful father and perfect brother so I am wanting to honor for the great things he did in life and to allow his children and father and friends to come to terms of his passing it was much to soon I have tried to have a memeriol 2other times and it was stopped by one thing or nother and it is time that he gets the respect that deserve for the challenges that over came in life he always was there for me anytime I needed and so he was not just my brother he was my best friend please help me with honor his accomplishments and for great person he became I am struggling my self financially but would give up everything thing to do this memeriol for our ,and friends it way past time tocelebrate his life!!!
