On December 5, 2024, we tragically lost our beloved brother, Cheko, in a devastating motorcycle accident. True to his selfless nature, Cheko was helping someone else when the unthinkable happened.

Cheko was more than just a brother—he was a kind soul, a loving father, and a shining light in the lives of everyone who knew him. Living in Haiti, a country enduring immense challenges, Cheko faced life’s hardships with unwavering strength and a heart full of love.

He leaves behind his precious 8-year-old daughter Florencia, a bright and beautiful girl who was the center of his world. As we grieve his sudden loss, we find some solace in knowing that Cheko is now in a better place, holding hands with our beloved mother and his father.

This holiday season is a reminder of love, community, and generosity. While it may be a difficult time for many, we hope you can find it in your hearts to honor the memory of a truly beautiful human being taken from us too soon.
