Honor David K. Shaw: Support His Family

Hello, my name is Mary, I am a close friend of the Shaw family in Norwood, MA. I am writing this on behalf of Virginia Ralli.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of David K. Shaw, jr of Norwood, MA. He passed surrounded by his family and friends on Monday, November 11, 2024. He had recently been diagnosed with lung and brain cancer and succumbed to complications from the illness he had been battling for 6 weeks.

David was an amazing father and friend and life partner to Virginia Ralli. He leaves behind his 4 children, Laura Shaw, David G. Shaw, Shawnmicheals Shaw, and McKayla Bain-Shaw. He also had several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends that will all miss him deeply. He loved road trips down the cape,fishing,bowling, going go karting with the kids, but mostly he was an outside guy.

I am hoping that we will be able to raise enough money for Virginia to cover his final wishes to be cremated and a celebration of life but also enough to get through this terribly difficult time of the holidays.

All proceeds will go to final expenses, medical bills that may arise, and Christmas for the kids. David would want the kids to have the best holiday possible.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
