Honor Dennis Noe: Help Us Fulfill His Final Wishes

There are no words a daughter has when she’s having to suddenly plan her father’s funeral. What I can say is the life our father lived was such a gracious and beautiful one.
On March 5th, 2025, our dad tragically passed away due to a senseless and tragic accident. This was something no one could ever be prepared for, but even if so, procrastination was truly our dad’s only flaw! My daddy was a simple man, but he deserves a funeral that we can provide for him while also being able to keep the property he worked his entire life for.
If you’ve watched his story over the last decade and a half, you know he’s spent his entire life savings, retirement, and then some to build his dream home on Clinch Mountain. By his bare hands, what started as a small piece of land for his daughter’s horse quickly turned into his family's future compound, making sure there was enough land for each of his kids to have a home there. That’s who he was, forever thinking of everyone else and sacrificing his own wants for others' needs.
A few months ago, our dad sat down with us, making a solid plan for what the future would hold for the home and multiple acres he had poured his blood, sweat, and tears into. Yet, like stated previously, if our daddy had any flaws, procrastination is all any of us have been able to name! While having to suddenly make arrangements for our father, we’ve been unsuccessful in locating any will or life insurance policy.
If every person that’s messaged, called, or posted about our dad was able to give even just one dollar, it could potentially allow us to give our father the funeral he deserves and make sure the land that he made us promise will never be sold, never gets sold! While the City of Knoxville Fire Department gives him full honors, outside of that, we simply just weren’t prepared for this horrible situation. This is beyond the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced and for my father, I simply just want to ensure his wishes are followed through. After speaking with my sibling, we felt this truly may be the only option we have to make sure we keep our promise to our father.
“God’s got a plan, Jordy. I know it. I could hear and see my momma and daddy when I looked up and asked for a sign. Right then, the biggest shooting star went across the property. I know my momma and daddy can see what I’ve accomplished. And I’m just so glad I was able to make them proud with building this home, and I know they’re watching.” - Dennis C. Noe
