Hi, we are reaching out to share the heartbreaking news about our beloved Eric Macken. Eric has always been a pillar of strength and kindness in our lives, but we are now facing a profound challenge following his tragic and unexpected passing.

On August 20th, 2024, Eric lost his life in a senseless car accident. His loss has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Eric leaves behind a close-knit family who will forever cherish his memory: his mother Dornetta Macken, his father Shane Price, his four brothers Kenneth Price, Hassanhii Garrett, Shane Garrett, and Cordell Garcia, his three sisters Chacoya Price, Elon Garrett and Shana McCray, and his beloved child Miakai King Price.

It’s difficult to capture Eric’s essence in just a few words. He was a remarkable person—funny, incredibly goofy, with an infectious laugh that could brighten any room. His love for music and his ability to see the good in everyone made him truly special. It’s still hard to believe that he’s no longer with us.
