Honoring George Stutz - In Loving Support of His Family

The world has tragically lost a special human, who was a leader in the geothermal community. He was beloved to the InnerSpace team, working closely with us on the GEODE program as our program manager. He had become a friend to many of us, and earned the respect of everyone he touched during the years that we worked with him.

George was a kind, steady, consistent, and level-headed voice amongst a great deal of complexity. He was supportive. He cared. He was dedicated to the success of his projects. And he stayed positive in times of difficulty. George embodied humility, quiet confidence - with not a hint of arrogance or drama. But he also spoke up when he had something to say - even in times when speaking up was uncomfortable.

Our entire team will miss working with him. His loss leaves an irreplaceable void in the GEODE program, and in the geothermal ecosystem itself. George was a beloved colleague to us in GEODE, but he was also importantly a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a tinkerer, an engineer, and advocate for oil and gas workforce engagement in geothermal.
