Honor Jakaiden; a true hero

As we all know Jakaiden was hero in every sense of the word, she loved helping others, which ultimately cost her the quality of life she deserved. Her spirit touched everyone she met. It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge that she will be starting hospice, this has left a profound void in our lives. As we reflect on her legacy, we recognize the challenges that lie ahead for our family. The transition to hospice care is never easy, It is a journey filled with uncertainty and heartache. She will be greatly missed by everyone that loved her, she will always be remembered as the loving, helpful person she was, a true hero.

Any donations will help our family be able to travel to Illinois from Georgia to be with her in her last days, as well as arrangements to give her a proper recognition that she deserves after.
