Honor James DuBose: Support His Funeral
We are the family of James (Gypsy) Andrew DuBose, and we are raising money to assist in the funeral and burial preparations of a loved father, brother, son, grandfather, and amazing person. James grew up and spent almost the entirety of his life in Syracuse, NY and worked for over 40 years serving as an integral piece of the community. He did the job that no one wanted to do as a custodian for St. Josephs Hospital, and other places , and he did it with dedication and a smile. He was born in 1946 before route 81 split Syracuse, and before McDonalds created the chicken nugget. His passing was sudden and has impacted all of us so deeply. We are looking to honor him by having a proper funeral at A Dewitt Funeral Home in Syracuse NY and then having him placed near his parents, sisters, nephew and grandson. We really need support in raising the money to make this happen, without support we do not know how we can get there. I know this time of year is tough and our beloved James (Gypsy) DuBose would never accept any help in any way, however he was such a wonderful person and deserves all the love he can get. Please consider donating to this cause so that we can fulfill the final wish of such an amazing man.
**update** his funeral is on January 3, 2025 at A. Dewitt Funeral home on South Salina Street in Syracuse NY.
calling hours from 11am to 12pm with funeral services to follow.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make this happen.
