Honor Jeremy Labonte: Help His Loved Ones

Hi, my name is Tommy, and I had the privilege of being Jeremy Labonte’s best friend since we were 12 years old. We grew up together, shared dreams, and had each other’s backs through everything. Today, I find myself writing this with a broken heart, as I try to honor the memory of a man who was not just my best friend, but a hero to so many.

Jeremy was more than a police officer—he was a protector, a devoted husband, a loving son and brother, and the kind of friend you could always count on. He was taken from us far too soon, on February 7, 2025, while courageously serving as a patrol officer for the Roswell Police Department. He gave his life in the line of duty, doing what he loved—protecting others.

Jeremy leaves behind his incredible wife, Alyssa, who was the love of his life since they were just kids. He also leaves his parents, sisters, nephews, and countless family members and friends who are struggling to navigate life without him. His absence is felt deeply, and while no amount of money can ease the pain, I want to make sure his family has the support they need during this unimaginable time.

I’ve started this GoFundMe to help cover additional expenses for Alyssa and Jeremy’s family as they grieve and adjust to this heartbreaking loss. Whether it’s for daily necessities, unexpected costs, or simply to ease their financial burden, every donation—no matter how small—will make a difference.
