Honor Jimmy Ray Copley's Final Wishes

My name is Heather Copley, the daughter of Jimmy Ray Copley of Lorain, Ohio. About a year ago, my father was put into a assisted living/nursing facility. At that time, we applied for veterans benefits. My father worked very hard at the steel plant to earn a good pension, but it still was not enough to pay for his care. For the last year, my family has struggled to pay his expenses because the veterans department never approved his application.

On January 3rd, my father Jimmy passed away. We are asking for donations to help carry out my father's final wishes and help with some of our debt. Everything my father had is gone. It saddens me that this is what it has come to. Veterans deserve better care. This country needs to do better for our elderly and our veterans.
