Honor Miller's Memory with a Proper Farewell

Donation protected
On Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at 5:20, Ivory Kenneth Miller, known to his friends as Miller, was giving his roommate a ride to work as he did a lot because that's just what he did. He was always giving or helping, but on this day, something went terribly wrong. According to other drivers who were interviewed by police, it seems an altercation ensued, causing Miller to lose control of his car, going into oncoming traffic and then colliding into a tree. Mr. Miller was killed on impact. The passenger, who stated she was asleep at the time of the wreck, suffered only two broken arms and is recovering at home.

Miller was the best friend to my fiancé Kenny for the last 20 years and was excited to be the best man in our long-awaited wedding, which was finally going to happen this coming Sunday, October 13, and October 14, being Kenny's birthday. We had a weekend of big plans as the two of them being together was so very entertaining. Now we are forced to postpone the wedding and try to rebuild and continue life without the best friend, who had earned the title of brother.

You see, Miller and I had lots of ups and downs, but he and I had finally made a connection after being side by side with Kenny and me as Kenny fought for his life due to kidney failure. Without Miller, I couldn't have made it. He kept me sane and grounded, always with a shoulder and time for me. That's who Miller was and forever will be to me. Life with him was at times challenging, but life without him is, well, full of despair and uncertainty for his family, be it by blood or by heart.

Miller didn't have life or burial insurance, and I'm doing this to help give him the memorial he deserves and to help his brother with his final finances.
