Honoring Fructuoso Tagapulot Calipusan: A Loving Farewell

Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and those touched by the kindness of Fructuoso Calipusan better well known as, “Uncle Boy/Manong Boy”

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to share that our Papa, was called home and joined our heavenly Father, on November 2, 2024. Born in Villaflor Loboc, Bohol, on August 23, 1944, he meant the world to our family. He was a loving husband, dad, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend who left a lasting mark on everyone he met.

Papa was a true family man and a hard worker. He spent years working as an engineer overseas in Brazil, Kuwait, and Chicago to give us all a better life. Later, he ran a business in Long Beach, CA and even fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening a hotel in his hometown, the Stefanie Grace Paradise Inn. For him, the hotel was more than just a business; it was a way to share joy and peace with everyone who walked through its doors.

To know Papa was to feel instantly at home. He truly lived out his purpose of helping others, never burdened anyone, took care of the needs of those who surrounded him. He welcomed everyone with a warm smile and always found a way to make you laugh. To his hotel guests, he became like a second dad, creating a space of love, laughter, and beauty in Bohol that made people from all over the world feel like family. Stefanie Grace will never be the same without him.

To honor him and everything he stood for, we’re hoping to raise funds to cover his funeral and memorial costs. Your support will help us say goodbye in a way that reflects the kindness, love, and joy he shared with all of us. Whether you can donate, share this page, or simply keep his memory in your heart, we’re so grateful. Thank you for helping us celebrate the incredible life of Fructuoso Calipusan, Uncle Boy/Manong Boy, and our Papa.

With love and appreciation from his family,
