Celebration of life for Roshad Broadus
Dear friends and family,
I am writing this with great sadness today to let you know about the loss of our beloved Roshad. On November 2, 2024 Roshad was attacked at his home while defending and protecting his family. In an effort to save his families lives, he lost his own at the age of 30.
Roshad spent his days working, co-parenting and recently reconnecting his relationship with The Lord. This sparked his desire to visit the land of the Bible. He was a hand to help everyone who was in need. He took tremendous pride in our family and tried to learn as much as he could about our history.
Roshad was a son, a brother, a nephew, an uncle, a cousin, a partner, a father figure, and a friend. His loss will be felt by many but his impact in our lives will not be forgotten. It is our goal to celebrate the life he lived and give his family and friends a place to grieve, connect, pay tribute and honor his life.
We are absolutely devastated by Roshad’s unexpected passing and are asking for financial contributions to cover the cost of the service and end of life costs.
His earthly journey was cut short over senseless gun violence but his life can be remembered and celebrated as we come together.
Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time. Any amount helps. Let’s remember the life he lived rather than allowing the tragedy to be his story.
With love,
The Broadus Family
