Honor Tiffany Carr
Please help us honor Tiffany and her family.
In the spirit of giving, with which Tiffany is so familiar, please open your heart as Tiffany does. Help us honor her as well as her two boys, and donate what you can so that her children feel as taken care of as she makes others feel. This money will go toward any outstanding bills that Tiffany might have and giving her sons a little cushion as they spend time with their mother.
One of the reasons we love and cherish Tiffany is that she has the immediate ability to connect with others, no matter what walk of life they come from. This is what makes her such a wonderful therapist and advocate for those that are often marginalized or unseen. She has the gift of walking into a room full of strangers and within seconds, filling that room with laughter and comradarie. She is equally comfortable communicating with CEO’s and people that are non-verbal and making them all feel seen and heard.
Tiffany has a lot to be proud of- her strong faith and her church family, her many friends from diverse walks of life, getting her LCSW-R, and her hard work and dedication to children and adults with developmental disabilities that she has served at agencies like Hillside, CP Rochester, and Easter Seals. Most recently, she was very pleased to be chosen to be part of the leadership academy in New York City that is offered through Fedcap and Easter Seals. Out of all her accomplishments though, the thing that Tiffany is most proud of are her two boys, Demar and Jabez. Her face lights up in that incandescent way that Tiffany has when she speaks of her love for them, and what fine men they have grown into.
Despite a dire diagnosis of cancer, Tiffany continues to spread that laughter and joy and incandescence. In spite of her pain and struggle, she continued to come to work and endeavored to help those around her as well as prepare her two boys and the many who love her for what lies ahead.
