Honor Tricia Peneku with a Legacy Bench in Woodinville, WA

As we approach the one-year anniversary of Tricia Peneku’s sudden passing on November 28, 2023, we would like to honor her memory with a dedication in her name. The donations to this GoFundMe account will establish a “Legacy Bench” along the Sammamish River Trail in Woodinville, WA, a spot dear to Tricia.

Tricia moved to Woodinville with her youngest child Makoa, her partner Peter Linden, and their dog Kona in 2019. The family made the move from Newport Coast, California for a new adventure. They enjoyed the scenery and a different way of life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Tricia continued her career as a school psychologist and loved helping students and families. Makoa thrived at Woodinville High School as a student athlete. Peter continued teaching English at schools in the area. They welcomed a family member in 2022: Dame, their second Cane Corso Mastiff. Life was peaceful in Woodinville.

On November 28, 2023, Tricia Peneku passed away suddenly in her sleep from a stroke at 51 years old. She is survived by her three beautiful children Kaiana, Kamana, and Makoa.

Since her passing, Makoa has graduated from WHS and has moved to San Diego for college. Peter continues to live in Woodinville.

Tricia is dearly missed. She was beautiful and caring and has left a positive impact on so many people. To honor her memory, we are asking for you to consider donating.
