Honor USMC Major Bill Weiss (retired)
Donation protected
Hello Veterans Supporters, I am here seeking your support for a fellow Veteran, Bill Weiss, who is terminally ill and has been given two weeks to live.
Bill is a USMC Major, Mustang Officer, with 30 years of service. He graduated from Pepperdine University and became a Communication Officer leading as a Commander of Radio/Wire Platoons serving during Desert Storm/Desert Shield, Kuwait Liberation. After retirement, Bill continued serving by serving those who served at U.S.VETS, helping and supporting homeless Veterans and their families for over 5 years.
Bill was recently diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer and is currently receiving hospice care at his home. Karen, his wife & High School Sweetheart, have been married for 48 years, shared that Bill's health is deteriorating fast and is seeing her husband drift away fast. Prior to Bill's diagnosis, him and his family faced financial hardships and lost everything, forcing them to move to Florida, within two weeks of their arrival there, the hurricane hit and the place they were going to move into was destroyed. They found themselves moving back to Las Vegas to start over with the help of their son, Billy. As Karen and Billy are doing their best to stay afloat and take care of Bill's health and making all the arrangement necessary before he passes, Billy got in a car accident and fortunately he is fine, but their only car was totaled. Bill has been given two weeks and they are in urgent need of help to cover for Bill's last days with us and take care of the arrangements needed. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated by Bill and family. Thank you for considering to support one of the many heroes who proudly served our country.
