Honor Veronica Casillas: Support Her Memorial

Dear Family and Friends,

We have experienced the unexpected heartbreaking loss of Veronica Casillas, a beloved part of our lives.

Veronica is the true definition of a warrior. The youngest of 8 siblings, diagnosed with bone cancer at the age of 13, battling all through her teen years, becoming an above-the-knee amputee at 16.

Thriving and surviving, and handling it all with a positive attitude, smiles, and most of all, love for her family. These obstacles didn’t stop there; she had other surgeries, none related to cancer. However, even through her roller coaster of medical conditions, she handled it all with grace and ease.

At 25, she became a mother to a baby angel, who she lost just a few days after his birth, she is now reunited with him in heaven.

Above all her obstacles, Veronica's faith in God and the Virgin de Guadalupe, and her family meant everything. She loved her family. With that, we’d love to celebrate her life with your support.
