Donation protected
Albert Lee, 51, passed away on Sunday February 13, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Eliza Lee, his two daughters, Caitlyn and Grace Lee, his brother, Richard Lee, and his mother Soo-Ja Kim.
He was born in Boulder, Colorado on October 29, 1970 to Soo-ja Kim and Hyunjae Lee. After moving to and growing up in South Korea, he returned to Boulder in 1989 to attend the University of Colorado. After graduating, he continued to live in Boulder, where he married his wife Eliza, raised his children, and worked as a systems architect.
Albert was a devoted father who loved attending his children’s sporting events; including proudly watching his daughter Grace play ice hockey at the Olympics in 2018. He enjoyed baking bread, hiking with his friends and his dog, Riley, and gardening with his wife in the summertime. He loved to laugh and brought joy to every room he walked into. He will be remembered for his kindness and ability to make everyone he met feel like a friend.
Because of the unexpected nature of his passing, we are setting up a fundraiser to help cover the costs associated with the funeral and to honor his life.
