Hello, my name is Neelo, and I am creating this GoFundMe for our beloved Amanda Jaikaran's three children.
On Friday March 14th, the Schenectady community suffered a devastating loss. Amanda, a hardworking single mother of three, was tragically taken from us in a senseless act of violence. She was only 38 years old.
Amanda was brutally attacked and stabbed over 30 times in an unthinkable act of cruelty. Despite the efforts of first responders, she succumbed to her injuries, leaving behind her three children and countless loved ones who are shattered by this horrific tragedy.
Amanda was well known and deeply loved by the Schenectady community. She was the life of every room—always radiating joy despite her own personal struggles. She had a way of making everyone around her feel welcomed, loved, and entertained. She touched the lives of so many throughout her lifetime, and we are all heartbroken by this unexpected and tragic loss.
Amanda was a devoted mother who worked tirelessly to provide for her children—the youngest being just 3 years old. Her sudden passing has left her children without their mother, and her loved ones facing unimaginable heartbreak.
We are raising funds to help provide financial support for her children during this incredibly difficult time. Any donation, big or small, will go directly to her family to ensure her children have the care and stability they need in the wake of this tragedy.
