Honoring Ashley’s Memory at Huntsville Botanical Garden

On January 1st, 2025, my beautiful sister went to sleep and sadly never woke back up. Our family is absolutely devastated by this loss as she was such a vibrant 26 year old with so much life yet to live.

Ashley felt most alive in nature. She smiled wider and laughed harder when she was outside under the sun, surrounded by plants and wildlife. So, to honor her, we would like to give a piece of her back to a place she would love to be most; surrounded by life & all the beauty it represented. Our plan is to have a brick stamped in her honor, and to have a tree and plaque dedicated to her at the Huntsville Botanical Garden, a place very close to our family’s hearts.

The cost of this will be approximately $1500 and will be maintained by the botanical garden for the duration of the botanical garden’s life. Any donations that exceed our goal of $1500 will go towards additional plants/trees at the botanical garden or will go towards her celebration of life. Our family wants to thank everyone for their words of love and support during this difficult time.
