Aubrey's life was tragically cut short while traveling with her husband, Walt, also a nurse at NCMC. This has left a profound impact on all that knew her and the countless lives they have touched through their dedication to healthcare. Aubrey was more than just a nurse, she was a beacon of compassion and strength as a registered nurse and later as a nurse practitioner since 2019, she played a integral role in the trauma and general surgery department, providing exceptional care and advocating for her patients and their families. Her commitment to excellence and her unwavering advocacy for her patients made her a trusted and respected figure in the medical community. In addition to her work at NCMC, Aubrey was the proud owner of Infinite Wellness. Her own wellness practice dedicated to helping others prioritize their health. Through her practice she empowered individuals to embrace their wellbeing, advocating tirelessly for those in need. Aubrey believed in the transformative power of healthcare and her passion for her work was evident in every interaction. As we mourn the loss of Aubrey, Walt remains hospitalized in critical condition with severe injuries that require a long road to recovery. He will require significant medical care in the upcoming months and will be unable to continue his work as an operating room registered nurse. He will require extensive rehab and hospitalization for the unforeseeable future. Walt is an integral part to NCMC and the Greeley medical community for over 20 years. He is a beloved member of the Greeley community and is immensely supported by his colleagues, family, and Greeley community. Aubrey leaves behind a legacy of kindness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to patient care. Her infectious smile, compassionate spirit, and commitment to making a difference will be deeply missed.
