Honoring Big Joekie: A Celebration of Life

Hello all, this is Nissie. I hope all is well! I'm coming to you all in my time of need due to the untimely death of my husband, Joseph Machabie, better known as Big Joekie. On the morning of November 6, 2024, we lost a fallen stone from our pyramid as he culminated to elite immortality. Joekie was so excited to be free after spending over 25 years in prison and spending time with his wife and loved ones. I wasn't going to create a GoFundMe, but so many of our friends and community leaders have reached out to me to show their love and support, and they are willing to donate and celebrate his life!! I have a small goal for this celebration, and yes, a celebration because even in death we must remember him as he was in his physical, not in the present form! Anything can help.
