Honoring Cara Stevenson's Legacy: Please Support Her Family

It is with both shock and broken hearts that we share that our colleague and friend, Cara Stevenson (37 years young, mother of a 3-year-old Luca & newborn Bella, and wife of Brad) suddenly and tragically passed away with brain complications earlier this week. Words cannot describe the sadness and grief we are all experiencing.

If you knew Cara professionally, you knew she was the gold standard of recruiting, but she was an even better person and had the most genuine way of connecting with people. Beyond work as a top producer at Synergy Search, Cara leaves behind a family that is grieving and needs our support. Cara found so much joy and happiness in helping you and was truly living out her dream and professional calling.

Most importantly, if you knew Cara the person, she was an incredible mom, wife, sister, loyal friend, and daughter who could not wait to welcome her baby girl. Family was her everything and she will be proud to watch them grow while she looks down and helps them from the heavens.
