Honoring Colin: Support His Loved Ones

Yesterday, my beloved brother, Colin Triber, passed away unexpectedly, leaving an indescribable void in our lives. Colin was a devoted husband, a loving father to his young daughter, a cherished son to our parents, a brother to us, and a dear friend to so many. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.

Colin was an extraordinary individual who gave his all to his family and community. He was an amazing father and husband, always putting his family first. After serving his country with pride in the Marine Corps and dedicating years to the trades, Colin decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a police officer. This January, he began the police academy, excited and determined to serve the Ridgefield community.

Words cannot capture the depth of our grief. It has been just over 24 hours since Colin left us, and we are still grappling with the heartbreaking reality of a world without him. There are still many unanswered questions surrounding his passing, and we are working through the complexities of this tragedy.
