Honoring Dad's Memory: Help Us Lay Him to Rest
Donation protected
It's with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dad, Reyes Valdez. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia over 30 years ago, and while his mental illness made life challenging, it never diminished his kindness, humor, or love for his family and music.
Despite his struggles, he always remembered each of his children's birthdays and found ways to make every interaction memorable. His strength, love, and warmth touched countless lives. He brought joy to everyone he met and even when he was in pain, he never showed it. He always tried to stay strong for us.
We want to honor his memory by giving him the respectful goodbye he deserves. It was his wish to be laid to rest in his hometown, El Arenal, Jalisco, so his siblings can see him one last time. But the funeral and travel costs are more than we can afford on our own.
If you're able to help, any contribution would mean so much to us. And if you can't donate, iust sharing this would be an incredible help.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting our family during this difficult time. It truly means the world to us.
