Honoring Dallas Swafford: Support Memorial Costs

It is with unbearably heavy hearts that we announce the sudden, unexpected passing of Dallas Swafford; A beloved son, brother, husband, father, veteran, and dear friend. Dallas was a remarkable spirit who touched the lives of many. While we are thankful that Dallas was able to pass peacefully in his sleep, we are left with a tremendous amount of devastation and indefinite emptinesses without him.

Dallas was a loving and devoted son and brother. He had irreplaceable, unconditional bonds with his beloved parents, Dennis and Carol, and sister, Tasha. When Dallas met the love of his life, Meuy, they formed a beautiful family together. With zero hesitation, he embraced Deleena as his own daughter, and would always be her father from then on. And later, he and Meuy welcomed their beloved son, Aiden, into the world, completing their family. Dallas was a true provider. He worked tirelessly to ensure his family had everything they needed and more. His wife and children were his pride and joy.

Dallas was also a respected soldier, dedicated student and loyal friend. He served his country with honor, sacrificing his own comfort and time with his family for our country. His time spent in the military shaped him into the strong, persevering man we all knew and loved. Yet, even in the face of discipline and rigidity during his enlistments, he never lost his sense of humor or his compassion for others. In subsequence, Dallas pursued higher education, earning a degree alongside his wife, Meuy. Together, they walked across the stage, both celebrating being the first college graduates on both sides of their family. He was a constant learner and creative thinker.

Beyond his family, career and education, Dallas was a passionate sports fan. He was a force of nature, his spirit as fierce as the red and gold of his beloved 49ers.

He faced challenges with courage, pursued his dreams with tenacity, and loved fiercely. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

To honor Dallas’s memory, we are raising funds to cover the costs of the unexpected memorial services. Your generous donation will help us celebrate his life in the way he wanted to be honored, and provide comfort to all his loved ones during this difficult time.
