Honoring Don Taylor: Support His Daughter
Donation protected
Don Taylor was a man for the people. He was a husband, father, friend, outdoorsman, dog lover and dog trainer, snow skier, avid bike rider, landscaper/handyman, fisherman, and water ski racer among many other things. Don was a friendly, outgoing and caring person, who would give you the shirt off his back. He had a unique sense of humor, with a quick wit and an infectious laugh. Don loved the outdoors, as he was a fan of skiing Mt Baldy, going camping in the Sierras and fishing anywhere he could. Don spent many years ski racing all over the world, and while he was incredibly successful in the sport, he also made a lot of friends in this community that he enjoyed keeping in contact with after hanging up the ski. Don was also a steward of nature, costantly hiking the mountains around the Inland Empire, and assisting with graffiti removal to make sure that everyone had access to blemish-free trails to enjoy. He also loved training dogs, even assisting with poice training various breeds, and enjoyed hiking with them. Don was definitely very busy enjoying the life he led and he maximized every moment.
We lost Don Taylor on Wednesday, October 2nd. Don’s legacy will live on, and be remembered by everyone who knew him in their own unique way. Each person will cherish the memories and mourn the loss of this wonderful person, and friend.
Don leaves behind a wonderful young woman, his daughter, who needs your help. Please contribute to this GoFundMe to assist with the expenses of Don’s transition from life to legend. Any amount you can assist with will be gratefully accepted. Thank you!
