Honoring Ed's Legacy of Kindness and Love

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Ed Eckert, Operating Engineer, and valuable member of C.A. Rasmussen, Inc. for the last 22 years.

Ed unexpectedly passed away on September 7th at his home in Rosamond, and he leaves behind his fiancée, Paula Densford, a daughter and son-in-law, four grandchildren, and two sisters.

Ed was a loving brother, father, and friend. According to Paula, Ed took everyone under his wing, including her daughter Angela, her husband Miguel, and their 4 kids, treating them as if they were his own children and grandchildren. He was giving beyond measure and loved his friends and coworkers.

Paula and Ed had been together for 9 years and were planning on getting married this October. As one of Ed’s friends commented, Paula captured Ed’s heart - the void is unimaginable and he will be sorely missed.

The generous donations raised from this campaign will go directly to Paula to help with funeral costs and any other support needed during this difficult time.
