Honoring Chief's Legacy: Support His Family

Donation protected
Dear Family and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart we share the news of the loss of Ed Mueller (Chief) on Tuesday, February 12, 2025. While Ed experienced significant health issues recently, this recent loss was abrupt and completely unanticipated.

Ed was a good father and “Papa” to his 3 beautiful grandchildren. Chief knew everyone and everyone knew him. He had a big heart with a bigger personality that left a footprint to build a lifetime of friendships to all that he met. His daughter and her family are now faced with the heartbreaking task of saying goodbye to him while navigating the significant financial challenges and added hardship that come with this sudden tragedy.

We are asking for help in any way that you can – whether through donation or sharing this page with others to help assist with funeral expenses, and any other financial obligations the family may face in the near future. No contribution is too small, and every bit of support is appreciated during this difficult time.

We are incredibly grateful for your thoughts, prayers, and kind words of support. Your kindness means the world to Gia and her family as they navigate through the grief.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, from 5 to 7 pm. Located at Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, 137 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904. Additional information regarding a celebration of life is being established and will be provided at a later time.
