As the eldest child of Haitian immigrants, Franc worked tirelessly as a truck driver to provide for his family. He sacrificed much of his time on the road to ensure his loved ones were cared for and supported. Heartbreakingly, it was during his commute to work that his life was tragically taken.

Franc was truly special—a quiet light in this world who never sought attention, yet was always willing to help anyone in need.
