Honoring Gordon Scott, Supporting His Legacy

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our dad, Gordon Scott, on November 16th, 2024, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Throughout this difficult journey, our family has been deeply touched by the outpouring of love and support from friends, family, and our community.

Many of you have reached out, asking how you can support our dad's legacy. We are truly grateful for the generosity we have already received, which has made a tremendous difference during this time. Several people have expressed a desire to contribute further, which is why we have decided to create this GoFundMe.

As many of you know, the costs associated with Alzheimer’s care can be overwhelming. Over the years, our dad’s retirement savings were depleted in order to cover his care, leaving a lasting financial strain on the family. While we are no longer challenged to meet new costs of his care, we hope to ease some of the financial effects his healthcare expenses have had on our family.
