Honoring Hector Martinez: Funeral and Memorial

Hector Eric Martinez was a Father, Son, Uncle and Child of God with a beautiful soul.

He was an evangelists for Christ, his goal was to save every person he could to go up to heaven. His job in life was to serve the lord and thats what he did. He implemented this with his children and made sure they knew God. In his earlier years of life he was a professional boxer ranked 7th in the nation, had a record of 7 wins with 4 K.O.’s, 6 loses, 1 decision. He had great accomplishments and impacted a lot of people along the way.

Unfortunately, He recently passed on October 13th. He was suffering from various tumors that created an unknown form of cancer throughout his body. He was suffering from this for about 2 years and was not responding well to treatment. His eldest daughter worked with him and doctors as best she could to help cure the cancer. As results continued to come back it was more and more signs that quality of life will start to decline. As this year progressed, Hector started to experience more pain and little results for a cure. On his last day, his last words were God is Good, All the time GOD IS GOOD! All we can have is joy in the divine, grace of God that we cannot describe. As we will forever miss his Godly spirit, we thank God he is no longer in pain or suffering.

He left behind a family that loved him more than words. Children that will continue to pass down his knowledge to love God and know there is a purpose for all. He will now be a guardian angel, a protector of his family and children.

His children and family would like to honor his life, legacy he left in this world. The family is asking family and friends to donate to properly celebrate his life. They are fundraising for his funeral, celebration of life and memorial bench in his honor. The children have asked for family and friends for help to obtain urn jewelry so they can always have a piece of their father with them. All the donations will be very appreciated and love you all very much.
