Honoring Jake Lavan

We are devastated by the sudden loss of our dear friend, Jake, who passed away on Thursday , September 26th, 2024, at 28 years old. His passing has left a deep void in our hearts, and no one is feeling this more than his mother, Kim. As she navigates through unimaginable grief, she is faced with financial burdens that no parent should have to endure.
