Honoring Jazz: Help with Final Arrangements

Hi all. We are trying to raise funds for the rest of Jerry's (JAZZ) final expenses, a celebration of life and clean out of his apartment. Please donate what you can. No amount is to small. Jazz was a Veteran, a Brother, Unlce and friend. He was a wonderful human being. He was always there with great advice, a hug and a fun guy to watch his Beloved New England Patriots with! He loved his family and his Nieces and Nephews very much. He will be missed to say the least.
