Hi my name is Joyce Bailey-Sisnett, i am Jeffrey Sisnett, mother. Jeffrey, other known names or was address as SGT Sisnett, Siss, Baba, Jeff, JJ, Chocolate thunder, Uncle J. I am currently making arrangements for the memorial / funeral services Jeffrey deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. Jeffrey was a person with a heart of gold and a lending hand even when he had nothing left for himself. He would put the needs of others before his. He cares for all, disregarding their status or

back ground. His generosity and kindness knows no bounds. Jeffrey, loved animals. Over his lifetime he has rescued 4 dogs and 2 cats. He was overall a animal lover. He loved cooking and singing as well. He was always smiling no matter how his day was going. He will be truly missed.

Jeffrey Sisnett (SGT Sisnett, Siss, Baba, Jeff, JJ, Chocolate thunder, Uncle J), passed away suddenly leaving behind his mother, father, sister, brothers, uncles, aunties, niece, nephews, cousins, friends and acquaintances.
